About the Builder
Donnie Bostic is a licensed and insured Class A contractor with a building endorsement. He has been a Dinwiddie County resident his whole life and knows the area and surrounding areas well. Donnie was first introduced to the construction industry at a very young age when he began helping his grandfather and his uncle. By working with them, he not only learned about the building process that a Class A contractor needs but he also received real, hands on experience and knowledge of the work from professionals.
The experience he obtained early on set the foundation for the principals and values that Bostic Realestate Properties applies to its daily operations. Additionally, Donnie Bostic is also a licensed realtor in the state of Virginia. Being a realtor affords his clients the option of having him assist them with the entire process, from finding land, finding financing or selling an existing home to building their dream home.
